Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Our sluices sell faster than we can make them. We strive to have them ready to ship out within 10 business days of the order date, and this doesn't include the time in transit. In many cases your sluice will ship out faster than this, it depends on the varying daily demand for our different models. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our new system calculates freight to any address in the world. Some countries have restrictions on the size of the package, and those items will not have a real-time shipping quote. Our largest sluices have difficulty shipping into some countries at this time (Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa), but we have ways to work around it.


Combined Packages -

Our system once in awhile experiences difficulties in calculating shipping prices for multiple item orders. We try and put larger orders into a single box which keeps shipping costs down, but the system will sometimes quote based on multiple boxes and give a high freight quote. If this happens, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to give you the correct quote.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Shipping Zones

48 Contiguous States

We primarily ship via UPS in the lower 48 States because their Ground service is the most economical for 3-5 day average transit time. USPS is also used and depending on the zone being shipped to they are competitive with UPS.

Alaska & Hawaii

We recommend using USPS Priority Mail for packages shipped to these States. The 48" Miner will not ship via USPS to these states because the package size is too large. The 48" Miner can be shipped to this zone via USPS Standard Post (please contact us for a freight quote rather than place your order online).

International Orders

We ship pretty much everywhere. Once in a while we'll run into issues with new countries and we'll make a note. At this time we use USPS for almost all of our International shipments. The 48" Miner is too large for standard shipment to Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa, and several other Countries. Please contact us for a freight quote prior to placing your order.
